Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PharmacyShifts. They are written to set practical expectations for individual locums and for team rollouts where an organisation may also have a separate commercial agreement.

Summary

Using the service

PharmacyShifts is provided by PharmacyShifts Ltd. You must use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure and avoid misuse such as scraping, interfering with the platform or attempting to access accounts that are not yours.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. Pricing, plan limits and included features are shown in the product. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or similar charges that apply to your subscription.

Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing area at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal unless local law requires a different outcome. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or withdraw features where reasonably necessary.

Shift information and decisions

Shift information is provided to help you review opportunities more efficiently. You remain responsible for checking the final details and deciding whether a shift is suitable before acting on it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PharmacyShifts Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential or business interruption losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
