PharmacyShifts is designed to help locums search, save and monitor shifts. This page explains what information we handle and the principles we use when doing it.
PharmacyShifts operates PharmacyShifts. If you use the service through an employer, agency or other organisation, that organisation may also control some of the data connected to your access.
We may process account details, sign-in metadata, billing records, saved shifts, saved searches, alerts preferences, support requests and basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
We use personal data to provide the product, secure access, manage billing, send alerts you request, answer support questions, prevent abuse and improve service quality.
We share data only with providers needed to run the service, such as authentication, hosting, billing and messaging partners, or where the law requires it.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security records. We aim to delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You can also cancel a paid plan and stop optional notifications from the settings area.
